No. Fees are always paid by you, directly to the state — by card on the state portal or by check with the mailed form. We never hold or forward state money.
Which states do you file for me?
We are opening filer accounts state by state; the list appears here as each one is ready. Everywhere else you submit under your own name; we give you the filled form or the portal guide.
Is this legal advice?
No. We prepare paperwork from each state’s published rules and cite the source for every fee and date. Confirm with the state before paying if anything looks off.
What if a state changes its form?
We re-check every state form nightly. When one changes we map the new version, and anyone who downloaded the old one is told to re-download.
