Product fee	$100 $100 per product of each brand per year for pet food (dog or cat) regardless of package size, from 2025 onward (3 Del. C. § 1706(a)(2)c); $23/product for all other commercial feed; $23 for pet food made by a nonprofit
Exempt	customer-formula feeds (3 Del. C. § 1704(a)) a distributor need not register a product already registered by another person if the label does not differ (3 Del. C. § 1704(b))

Fee is per product per year with no small-package bracket — a 6-SKU treat line costs $600/yr, the highest per-SKU pet-food fee in this batch.
Most of each $100 fee (after $25 to the General Fund and technology costs) goes to the state Spay/Neuter Fund (3 Del. C. § 1706(c)).
'Pet' means dog or cat (3 Del. C. § 1703(16)); treats for other species register under /erenewals/feed at $23.
