| Third-party filing | registrant_only: “FDACS-13244 Feed Master Registration: 'The undersigned applicant agrees to comply with the provisions of the Florida Commercial Feed Law … By: Authorized Signature / Official Position' — signed by a company official; the form and the LIMS 'License Registration' screen have no agent, submitter or 'on behalf of' block, and the LIMS account is the registrant's own (fl-13244 PDF + LIMS RegNew screen, read 2026-10-08).” |

How the online filing goes
- Home → FEED (new registrants) → License Registration
- Application for Feed Master Registration — Registrant Information
- Application for Feed Master Registration — Contact Information
- Registration Fees (from user guide)
- Registration Summary → Submit Application (from user guide)
- Order of operations — submit in LIMS first, then pay in the separate ROC payment center
- Pay the fee — FDACS Revenue Online Collection (separate login; payment screen not seen)
Your packet lists every value for each screen. Two systems: submit the application in LIMS, then pay in FDACS's separate Revenue Online Collection payment center (fdacs.gov → Pay/Register Online → 'Feed Master' → egc.fdacs.gov/roc, EGovOnline login created separately) — credit card or electronic check, any convenience fee shown at checkout (not published); Help Desk (850) 245-5600. Carry over the company name as entered in LIMS and the Registrant # (renewals) or LIMS confirmation (new). Or mail a check/money order payable to FDACS to the Revenue Processing Section, 407 S. Calhoun Street, Room 121, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0800 with company name + 'Feed Master Registration' on the memo. The registration is issued once the fee posts.

Good to know
- Only state in this batch with mandatory private-lab compliance sampling as a registration condition; the number of samples depends on feed type and Florida tonnage (FAQ Q2, 'Compliance Sample Calculator' inside LIMS).
- Form 13244 signature line: 'Authorized Signature / Official Position' — no agent field; registrant agrees to comply with Ch. 580.
- Certificate of Master Registration 'Expires June 30 each year'; a business opening mid-year still pays the full banded fee.
- Late penalty: none in F.S. 580.041; distributing before registration is 'prima facie evidence of an attempt to violate' and subject to penalties (580.041(2)).
