Product fee	$50 $50/product/yr for products sold EXCLUSIVELY in retail packages of 10 lb or less; products sold in any package >10 lb: $0 registration (permanent, auto-renewed) but quarterly tonnage applies – 'never pay both'
Product late fee	none – 'there are no late fees associated with feed renewals'
Renewal window	fiscal year Jul 1 – Jun 30; renewal application mailed by the Division in June
Tonnage note	Small-package ($50) products owe no tonnage; tonnage ($0.35/ton or $25 min per quarter, whichever greater) applies only to products sold in packages over 10 lb. Tonnage FAQ: Q1 Jan–Mar due Apr 30 (delinquent May 15), Q2 Apr–Jun due Jul 30 (delinquent Aug 15), Q3 Jul–Sep due Oct 30 (delinquent Nov 15), Q4 Oct–Dec due Jan 30 (delinquent Feb 15); late fee $25 or 10% of tonnage fees, whichever greater. Forms are barcoded, firm- and quarter-specific, 'mailed or emailed quarterly' — only firms with >10 lb products receive them.

Renewal form is not posted – the Division mails a firm-specific renewal in June; tonnage forms are likewise firm/quarter-specific and mailed.
Revised labels must be re-submitted for review but no new fee is due.
Division 'STRONGLY' suggests new companies submit draft labels for review before printing.
