Firm license fee	$100 $100 per facility registration (feed permit), per year; Federal Tax ID required
Product fee	$25 $25/product/year for products sold in packages under 10 lb (form) / 10 lb or less (statute 75-45-167(2): 'per brand'), in lieu of tonnage. ≥10 lb: no product fee, pay tonnage. Both sizes: $25/product AND tonnage on the ≥10 lb sales.
Renewal window	renewed during the month of December; statute says fee due 'on or before January 1 of each year'
Tonnage note	$25/product small-package fee is 'in lieu of the inspection fee'. Tonnage report (Form 1446) is only for package sizes >10 lb or bulk; it must be filed by firms with such products even with zero distribution; penalty 10% or $10 if not paid within 45 days after year end.

FFLSP portal is built around an 'agent' role — the public login page describes agents acting for companies; this is the explicit third-party rail the product plans to use.
Form 1444 says 'less than 10lbs' while statute 75-45-167(2) says 'ten (10) pounds or less' — a product sold at exactly 10.0 lb is ambiguous; treat as tonnage-paying to be safe.
The feed product form has a 'PET / LIVESTOCK / BOTH' use column and a per-product 'label attached/mailed/emailed' column.
Facility registration asks 'approximate number of tons sold in Mississippi in the previous 12 months'.
