Good to know
- Form is structured for a 'company submitting application' with a separate 'sub-company' (name on label, or SELF) — built for distributors/agents filing for brands; approved product list is emailed to the address on the application.
- Renewal shortcut: send back last year's approved product list, cross off discontinued items, mark new ones; status codes NEW / RENEW / UPDATE / DISCONTINUE.
- Cannot distribute until the approved product list is received; error-free applications take ~60 days.
- Graphic/quantity label changes are free (submit revised label); formula changes = new product + new fee.
- Site (agriculture.nh.gov, mm.nh.gov) is Akamai-walled to curl; PDF retrieved via Wayback Machine snapshot (2026), text confirms $120/product.
