Your packet lists every value for each screen. Paid online at the end of the application through the portal's secure payment gateway (card; other modes as offered on the Payment Screen). Amount = $60 × number of products (see step 6). No check option in the portal; the legacy paper form (payee RIDEM) is for applicants unable to use the portal.

Fee is per brand/product with no small-package bracket — at $60 each RI is one of the pricier states per SKU for a treat line.
Portal was launched Oct 2024; the old 'feed2000.pdf' paper form (payee RIDEM, quadruplicate copies) is still hosted but superseded.
RI pet-food regs (250-RICR-40-20-5 §§5.13–5.19) adopt AAFCO pet-food label rules.
