Product fee	$40 $40 per product (per 'mixture or formula'), any package size — no small/large package tiers (W.S. 11-13-105(d); form: '___ COMMERCIAL FEEDS X $40 PER PRODUCT'). Pet food is 'feed' under W.S. 11-13-102 and uses the same form.
Renewal window	Registration runs from the date of actual registration to Dec 31 each year (no proration); renewal process/notice not described on the WY page read today
Exempt	Custom formula feeds (W.S. 11-13-105(a)) Raw meat, hay, straw etc. not intermixed with other materials are not 'commercial feed' (W.S. 11-13-102)
Tonnage note	Wyoming has no feed inspection/tonnage fee (AAFCO summary 'Inspection Fee: None, Affidavit of Tonnage: None'; W.S. 11-13 contains no inspection-fee section; the WY form mentions none).

Good to know

Flat $40/product regardless of package size; no license, no tonnage — the cheapest 'full' state for a multi-SKU treat brand.
Registration period is from the actual registration date to Dec 31 — a product registered in November pays the full $40 and renews within weeks.
The WY paper form itself offers the online alternative: 'IF YOU PREFER TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT(S) ONLINE, PLEASE GO TO https://www.kellysolutions.com/WY/index.aspx' — so today WY pet food is filed EITHER on paper (mail form + check, email labels) OR via Kelly.
Form page 3 is the WY label requirements list (W.S. 11-13-101–110): product/brand name, purpose statement, guaranteed analysis (protein, fat, fiber, vitamins, lot/date), ingredients, directions/warnings, manufacturer name/address, net weight.
